CSW Summer offers Specialty Camps for campers looking to discover their passions beyond our traditional summer camp. These are only offered during certain sessions and to select age ranges. Campers attend their Specialty Camp for a portion of the day and join Traditional Camp for the other part of the day. Check out this year’s offerings and join us today!
June 22 or 24–26, June 29–July 2 (no camp July 3)
Grades 5-8
Get ready to mix, measure, and make magic in the kitchen! During this culinary adventure, young chefs will explore the fun side of cooking through hands-on recipes, creative food art, and tasty experiments. Each day features a new theme — from breakfast bites and no-bake snacks to colorful desserts and international favorites. Campers will learn basic kitchen skills like measuring, mixing, decorating, and plating while discovering the joy of teamwork and creativity in cooking. By the end of the session, every child will have a recipe book of their own creations and plenty of delicious memories to take home!
Campers joining the Culinary Studio program will attend Cooking Camp in the morning and join Traditional Camp in the afternoon.
Offered in partnership with Creativities Studio.
Note: Schedule adapted for extended school year
Given the amount of snow we have received this year, we know many schools are still in session on June 22 when we originally planned to begin this program. To ensure campers can get the most out of the cooking experience and the traditional camp community, we will run Culinary Studio from June 24 – July 2 each morning and an additional two afternoons during the session. Campers who are able to join on June 22 can participate in full days of traditional camp for the first two days. Those who are unable to begin until June 24 (or later) will be prorated for missed days.
