Summer 2026 Specialty Camps

Culinary Studio: Cooking Camp

June 22 or 24–26, June 29–July 2 (no camp July 3)

Grades 5-8

Get ready to mix, measure, and make magic in the kitchen! During this culinary adventure, young chefs will explore the fun side of cooking through hands-on recipes, creative food art, and tasty experiments. Each day features a new theme — from breakfast bites and no-bake snacks to colorful desserts and international favorites. Campers will learn basic kitchen skills like measuring, mixing, decorating, and plating while discovering the joy of teamwork and creativity in cooking.‌ By the end of the session, every child will have a recipe book of their own creations and plenty of delicious memories to take home!‌

Campers joining the Culinary Studio program will attend Cooking Camp in the morning and join Traditional Camp in the afternoon.

Offered in partnership with Creativities Studio.

Note: Schedule adapted for extended school year

Given the amount of snow we have received this year, we know many schools are still in session on June 22 when we originally planned to begin this program. To ensure campers can get the most out of the cooking experience and the traditional camp community, we will run Culinary Studio from June 24 – July 2 each morning and an additional two afternoons during the session. Campers who are able to join on June 22 can participate in full days of traditional camp for the first two days. Those who are unable to begin until June 24 (or later) will be prorated for missed days.

Just for Kicks: Soccer Camp

July 20-24, July 27-31

Grades 2-8

Get ready to run, kick, and play your heart out! This camp invites campers to dive into the fun side of soccer through active games, skill-building challenges, and plenty of time on the field. Each day brings a new focus — from dribbling and passing to shooting, teamwork, and core technical skills. Campers will build confidence as they practice fundamental soccer techniques, dive into the basics of game play, and discover what it means to be a great teammate. Designed for players of all experience levels, this camp is all about movement, encouragement, and joy.

Campers joining the Just for Kicks program will attend Soccer Camp in the morning and join Traditional Camp in the afternoon.

Offered in partnership with Be Ahead of the Game.

Flight Crew: Drone Camp

August 3-7, August 10-14

Grades 5-8

Take flight this summer in our hands-on Drone Camp for 5th-8th grade! Campers learn to pilot a variety of drones as they zip through courses, tackle team challenges, and try out a variety of flying adventures. Along the way, they dive into STEM concepts—exploring building and design concepts and engineering as they build obstacles, flying challenges and work together in teams and small groups to solve problems. Whether they’re brand-new pilots or seasoned flyers, students will find this to be a hands-on, collaborative, and seriously fun two weeks of discovery and high-flying excitement.

Campers joining the Flight Crew program will join Traditional Camp in the morning and attend Drone Camp in the afternoon.

Offered in partnership with Drone Together.
