CSW Summer is located on the 65 acre wooded campus of The Cambridge School of Weston in Weston, MA, about 12 miles from Boston. The campus facilities of 26 buildings include a state-of-the-art 14,000 square foot indoor gymnasium with two full sized courts, a dance studio space, a full service theater, a black box theater, a recital hall, music practice rooms, and classroom spaces. The outdoor spaces include a pool, three soccer fields, a baseball diamond, walking trails, and many natural wooded and grassy spaces. The Health Center houses four separate camper rooms and private bathrooms.
CSW’s chef and the staff from CulinArt prepare all meals and provide snacks for all campers. Younger campers will enjoy a family style approach with a variety of nutritious options. Older campers will delight in the large selection of options, including a hot lunch, a sandwich bar, and a salad bar. All meals will be served in the main cafeteria in the upper level of the Cheek Building. Drinks are provided in the dining hall and water filling stations are available throughout the campus. All campers are encouraged to bring their water bottles to camp each day!
Lunch and a morning snack are provided daily to all CSW Summer participants, and Counselors assist in making campers aware of their options. This menu is tentative and subject to change.
If your child has dietary restrictions, please be in touch before the start of camp at summercamp@csw.org.
For additional safety and peace of mind, our Health Center is staffed throughout the day to dispense medications per doctors’ orders, treat illnesses, and administer first aid. Weston Fire and Police are located less than a mile from our campus, and we have a working relationship with a local pediatrician. If you have specific concerns regarding health care at camp, please be in touch with us before the start of the summer.
Up-to-date health policies and procedures will be provided to enrolled families in the spring prior to the start of camp. These policies and procedures will be based on the Massachusetts State Guidelines as well as the local Board of Health and our medical partners.
Parents, please note that as you go through the registration process, there will be forms and permissions to support all campers’ health and safety throughout the summer.
This camp must comply with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health.
