Your Gryphon Account

All families will be asked to set up a GRYPHON account to access our online portal. Registration, payment, and completion of forms take place on the GRYPHON portal. Please reach out if you have any difficulty registering or accessing your GRYPHON account.

Registration Policies

  • A deposit of $100 per session is required at the time of registration. The deposit is refundable until May 1, 2025. The deposit will be applied toward the final camper balance.
  • Families may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or use our convenient Installment Plan.
  • Payments may be made electronically via ACH/eCheck or Debit/Credit Card.

Changes

  • We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact us with any special needs.
  • All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to summercamp@csw.org.
  • All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.

Refunds

  • No deposits will be refunded after May 1, 2025, with certain exceptions.
  • Any monies (less deposits) paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferable up until June 1, 2025, provided that CSW Summer has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • Prior to June 1, balances (less deposits) may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again, based on availability.

Waitlists

  • Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that session.
  • There is no cost to remain on a waitlist.
  • If an opening becomes available, a camper will be enrolled and charged the deposit for that session. The family will be notified and have four days to cancel the new enrollment for a full refund if the spot is no longer desired.

Registration Considerations

  • CSW Summer is open to all campers who can engage in a regular school setting. Given that our priority is camper safety and health, some campers may need additional emotional or physical support. Please contact us to find out if our camp is an appropriate fit for your child.

Health Information

  • CSW requires each camper to have an annual health history form completed by the parent/guardian before program participation. This online health history form can be found on the GRYPHON portal and must be completed by May 1.
  • CSW requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 18 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than May 1.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring any special concerns about their child(ren) to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.

Conditions for Participation

  • CSW Summer offers camp experiences and exploration opportunities within the boundaries of safety, common sense, and the law. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, who we believe has violated the condition for participation or has become a hindrance to the group or goals of the program.
