Your Registration Portal

All families will be asked to set up an account using Homeroom to access our online registration platform. Registration, payment, and completion of forms take place via Homeroom. Please take a moment to read through registration policies and guidelines below and reach out if you have any difficulty registering or navigating Homeroom.

Registration Policies

  • A deposit of $100 per session is required at the time of registration. The deposit is refundable until March 1, 2026. The deposit will be applied toward the final camper balance.
  • Families may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or use our convenient Installment Plan.
  • Payments may be made electronically via ACH/eCheck or Debit/Credit Card.

Changes

  • We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact us with any special needs.
  • All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to summercamp@csw.org.
  • All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.

Refunds

  • No deposits will be refunded after March 1, 2026, with certain exceptions.
  • Any monies (less deposits) paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferable up until April 1, 2026, provided that CSW Summer has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • Prior to June 1, balances (less deposits) may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again, based on availability.

Waitlists

  • Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that session.
  • There is no cost to remain on a waitlist.
  • If an opening becomes available, a camper will be enrolled and charged the deposit for that session. The family will be notified and have four days to cancel the new enrollment for a full refund if the spot is no longer desired.

Registration Considerations

  • CSW Summer is open to all campers who can engage in a regular school setting. Given that our priority is camper safety and health, some campers may need additional emotional or physical support. Please contact us to find out if our camp is an appropriate fit for your child.
  • Massachusetts camp regulations require strict staff-to-camper ratios at all camps and we are intentional about providing a safe and structured environment for all campers. That said, it is important to note that one-on-one support for an individual camper is not a reasonable accommodation we are able to provide, but we are happy to work with families of campers who attend with an aide or other 1:1 support, please contact us if this is a consideration for your family.

Health Information

  • CSW requires each camper to have an annual health history form completed by the parent/guardian before program participation. This online health history form can be found on the Registration portal and must be completed by May 1.
  • CSW requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 18 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than May 1.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring any special concerns about their child(ren) to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.

Conditions for Participation

  • CSW Summer offers camp experiences and exploration opportunities within the boundaries of safety, common sense, and the law. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, who we believe has violated the condition for participation or has become a hindrance to the group or goals of the program.
